Residential Real Estate Sales
Buying or selling a for-sale-by-owner doesn't need to be stressful or complicated. This route can save parties thousands as the broker commission is eliminated. Lean on my residential sales experience during the negotiations, financing and inspection process and my legal experience in drafting the various legal documents throughout the sale.
Property Assessment Appeals
Homeowners or taxing authorities can appeal the assessed value of your home throughout the year. Presenting evidence at the hearing requires a skilled approach. Throughout many years of providing this service to clients, I have gained the experience and expertise necessary to make this process as seamless as possible.
Attorney Jennifer Grossman obtained her undergraduate degree from LaSalle University with a B.A. in political science.
